Before the questions: the five prices and the four things every plan meters
The buying decision for influencer discovery tooling is arithmetic, not a feature checklist. Five tiers, five prices, and four separate counters that all move while you build a single shortlist. Here is the published price list on infloo.io as of September 29, 2026:
| Plan | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| Basic | 9.99 | 95.90 |
| Pro (most popular) | 29.99 | 287.90 |
| Premium | 59.99 | 575.90 |
| Agency | 149.99 | 1439.90 |
And here is what each tier actually meters — searches, profile views, monthly data exports, influencer data-update requests, and advanced filters as a fifth counter that behaves differently from the rest:
| Feature | Free | Basic | Pro | Premium | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Searches | 10 | 50 | 200 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Profile views | 10 | 50 | 200 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Monthly data exports | not included | 10 | 100 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Requests data update influencer | 1 | 15 | 75 | 200 | Unlimited |
| Advanced filters | not included | 15 | 75 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Support | Support | Support | Priority support | Priority support | Priority support |

This is written as questions rather than a tier-by-tier comparison because the comparison does not settle anything. Two agencies on identical retainers can burn Pro's counters in completely different orders: one opens three profiles per query and never touches the update counter, another opens twenty and refreshes half of them. The tier that fits is decided by whichever counter empties first in your workflow.
Volume questions: what each counter runs out of first in a real client month
Which plan should a small agency start on?
Start on Pro at 29.99 monthly unless you already know you exceed 200 searches or 200 profile views in a month. Walk the counters and the reason is obvious. Basic at 9.99 gives 50 searches, 50 profile views, 10 exports and 15 advanced filters — that is roughly one small brief a month, with no room for a second client asking for a revised list. Pro quadruples searches and views to 200 each, takes exports from 10 to 100, takes advanced filters from 15 to 75, and moves you onto priority support.
Free at 10 searches, 10 profile views and 1 data-update request is not a working tier for client delivery — there are no exports at all. It exists to let you size your own consumption before you pay. Use it that way: run one real brief through it and watch which number hits zero first.
What actually counts against my search limit?
Nothing except searches — and that is the point people miss. Searches, profile views, exports and data-update requests are four independent counters, and a single shortlist moves all four.
- Running a query consumes one search.
- Opening each surviving candidate to read their numbers consumes one profile view.
- Refreshing a profile whose stored data looks stale consumes one data-update request.
- Delivering the list to the client consumes one export.
On Pro those ceilings are 200, 200, 75 and 100 respectively. If you open ten candidates per query, your 200 profile views are gone after twenty searches while 180 searches sit unused. If you open two, searches run out first. That ratio — profiles opened per query — is the single number that decides your tier. Our walkthrough on building and exporting an influencer shortlist shows where each counter ticks in the sequence.

Why do my advanced filters run out before my searches?
Because Pro allows 75 advanced filters against 200 searches. Only about a third of your monthly searches can be tightly filtered. The practical consequence: a filter-heavy workflow hits a wall at 75 while the search counter still shows well over a hundred remaining, and the rest of the month's queries have to run unfiltered — broader result sets, more profile views spent on candidates you then discard, which drains a second counter faster.
Basic is tighter still: 15 advanced filters against 50 searches, under a third again. Premium and Agency remove the filter cap entirely. In our experience of how these limits behave, filters — not raw search volume — are the reason most agencies upgrade. If your intake produces briefs with hard audience, market and category constraints, you are a heavy filter user by definition, and 75 goes quickly.
What is a data-update request and when should I spend one?
A data-update request refreshes the stored data on one influencer profile. Free gives 1, Basic 15, Pro 75, Premium 200, Agency unlimited.
Spend one only on candidates that have already survived screening. The arithmetic makes the rule: if you refreshed every profile you opened, you would exhaust Pro's 75 updates after 75 of your 200 profile views — barely a third of the way through the discovery capacity you paid for. Updates belong at the end of the funnel, on the handful of profiles going into a client deck, where a follower count three weeks out of date is visible to the client and embarrassing. This is the counter agencies underestimate most often, because refreshing feels free at the moment you click it.
Can I test the platform before paying anything?
Yes, twice over. Anonymous visitors get 3 free lookups per 24 hours across the free tools combined — the influencer audit, the Instagram engagement rate calculator, the Instagram follower count history, influencer search and the ranking pages — with no account at all. After that the page asks for a free account.
Use the two levels differently. The anonymous tools are for rehearsing the workflow: run a free influencer audit on a creator you already know and see whether the output is what you would put in front of a client. Then create a free account and use its 10 searches, 10 profile views and 1 data-update request to count consumption on one real brief. Multiply by the number of briefs you ship a month and you have your tier, measured rather than guessed.
Upgrade questions: the exact point where each tier stops paying for itself
When is it worth moving from Pro to Premium?
The moment you exceed any single Pro ceiling — because Premium at 59.99 removes four of them simultaneously. Unlimited searches, unlimited profile views, unlimited exports, unlimited advanced filters. You are paying twice Pro's price for the removal of caps, not for new capability.
Frame it as a volume threshold, not a capability gap. If you regularly finish the month sitting at 200 searches or 75 advanced filters, the upgrade buys back work you would otherwise defer into next month's allowance — and deferred discovery work on a client brief usually means a later pitch date. Premium keeps exactly one limit: 200 data-update requests.
What does the Agency plan add over Premium?
On the published feature table, one thing: unlimited influencer data-update requests instead of Premium's 200. Unlimited searches, profile views, exports and advanced filters plus priority support are all already there at Premium.
So the 90.00 monthly gap between 59.99 and 149.99 is a bet about freshness volume. The agencies that cross 200 updates a month are the ones running periodic freshness checks across large standing rosters, or re-verifying the same creators for several clients inside the same month. Teams that work mostly from newly discovered candidates rarely get near it — every new candidate arrives with current stored data, so there is nothing to refresh.

Cost questions: annual billing, and what a plan works out to per unit of work
Is annual billing actually worth it?
Annual billing is twelve months at 20% off. In absolute terms per year: 23.98 saved on Basic, 71.98 on Pro, 143.98 on Premium, 359.98 on Agency. The effective monthly equivalents are 7.99 on Basic, 23.99 on Pro, 47.99 on Premium and 119.99 on Agency.
The counter-case matters for project-based shops. Capped allowances do not roll over — a quiet month on Pro where you used 40 of 200 searches does not hand you 360 the following month. If your work arrives in bursts of two heavy months and a dead one, you are pre-paying for capacity that expires monthly. Monthly billing lets you sit on Basic between projects and move to Premium for the month a pitch cycle lands, which can beat a flat fifth off.
How should I budget this per client rather than per month?
Divide the plan cost by the number of shortlists you ship. Pro at 29.99 includes 100 monthly exports and 200 searches; an agency shipping four client shortlists a month is spending roughly 7.50 of tooling per deliverable and is nowhere near any Pro ceiling. Eight shortlists a month puts it under 4.00 each.
The same division works on the capped allowances themselves. Pro's 200 searches at 29.99 is about 0.15 per search, and its 100 exports about 0.30 each; Basic's 50 searches at 9.99 is about 0.20 per search and its 10 exports about 1.00 each. On annual Pro at an effective 23.99, the per-search figure falls to about 0.12.
The caveat: those unit costs only hold if you stay inside the caps, and whether you do depends entirely on how many profiles you open per search. Measure that on the Free tier for one brief before you commit to twelve months. Tightening your intake helps too — an influencer campaign brief intake template that forces the client to name market and category up front means fewer exploratory searches and fewer wasted profile views.
Coverage and delivery questions: the limits money does not move
Which countries and cities can I actually search?
Fourteen countries on both platforms: Spain, United States, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy, Germany, India, France, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Indonesia. Instagram ranking coverage is broken down into 138 cities. TikTok ranking coverage has no city breakdown.
No plan widens this. Agency at 149.99 sees exactly the same fourteen countries as Free. That has a direct consequence at intake: a brief naming a region must resolve to one of those fourteen countries before you accept it, and a TikTok brief naming a specific city cannot be executed at that granularity at any price. Check the market against the TikTok influencer rankings before you scope the work, not after. When a brief lands inside coverage, influencer search is where the country and city filters live.

Do cheaper plans give me less accurate data?
No. The published differences between plans are volume limits, advanced filter access and support level. Data quality is not a plan variable.
What does change what you see is platform and market. Across our rankings sample of 1,337 of the largest Instagram and TikTok accounts across 14 locations as of September 29, 2026, Instagram median engagement sits at 0.51% against 9.05% on TikTok. Instagram country medians in that sample run from 1.72% in Argentina down to 0.07% in Indonesia, with the United States at 0.39% and Germany at 0.22%. Those numbers are identical whether you are on Free or on Agency; only how many of them you can pull in a month differs.
What does priority support change, and who gets it?
Priority support is included on Pro, Premium and Agency. Free and Basic get standard support. For agencies this is a delivery question rather than a comfort question: discovery work is deadline-bound against client pitch dates, and a blocked export or an unanswered coverage question on the afternoon a deck is due costs you the pitch, not just an hour. That is one of the quieter reasons Basic does not survive contact with real client deadlines.
Pair it with language coverage if your team or clients are not English-first. The site is published in six languages — en, de, es, pt, ro and ru — which matters when a local account manager is the one running searches and reading output.
What this article cannot answer for you
Every engagement benchmark quoted above comes from a sample of 1,337 Instagram and TikTok accounts — those with the most followers across 14 locations, as of September 29, 2026. It is not the full Instagram or TikTok population. On the Instagram side, 100% of the 700 sampled accounts sit in the 1M+ follower tier, because the rankings quote the top-ranked accounts per country; those figures cannot tell you how engagement varies with follower size on Instagram, and figures for smaller accounts will differ. Do not price a nano-influencer programme off a 0.51% median drawn from accounts with a median 22,282,787 followers.
The consumption examples — four shortlists a month, ten profiles per query, refreshing only final candidates — are worked illustrations of how the published caps behave. They are not measured averages across agencies, and we have not published such averages. Your own ratio of profile views to searches is the input that decides the tier, and only your own data gives it to you.

Frequently asked questions
What are the five infloo pricing tiers and what do they cost?
Free costs 0.00, Basic 9.99 monthly, Pro 29.99, Premium 59.99 and Agency 149.99. Annual billing runs 95.90 for Basic, 287.90 for Pro, 575.90 for Premium and 1439.90 for Agency, all at 20% off the monthly price.
Which plan should a small agency start on?
Start on Pro at 29.99 unless you exceed 200 searches or 200 profile views monthly. Pro quadruples Basic's 50 searches and views to 200 each, takes exports from 10 to 100 and advanced filters from 15 to 75.
Why do advanced filters run out before searches on Pro?
Pro allows 75 advanced filters against 200 searches, meaning only about a third of monthly searches can run tightly filtered. The rest must run unfiltered, producing broader results that drain the profile-view counter faster.
When is it worth upgrading from Pro to Premium?
Premium at 59.99 removes four Pro ceilings—unlimited searches, profile views, exports and advanced filters. Upgrade the moment you regularly finish a month at 200 searches or 75 filters, which means deferred discovery work and later pitch dates.
What does the Agency plan at 149.99 add over Premium?
Only one published difference: unlimited influencer data-update requests instead of Premium's 200. Both keep unlimited searches, profile views, exports and advanced filters.
Is annual billing actually worth it?
Annual billing runs 20% off monthly, saving 71.98 yearly on Pro, 143.98 on Premium and 359.98 on Agency. The trade-off: allowances do not roll over monthly, so project-based shops with bursty work may save more switching plans month-to-month.
Which countries and cities can I search across?
14 countries on both platforms: Spain, United States, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy, Germany, India, France, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Indonesia. Instagram has 138 cities; TikTok has no city breakdown.
Do cheaper plans give less accurate data?
No. Data quality is identical across all plans. Published differences are volume limits, advanced filter access and support level only.
