This Refund Policy applies to purchases on infloo.io that are processed by Paddle.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days from the day after each transaction (initial purchase or renewal).
2. No additional qualifiers or exceptions by infloo.io
infloo.io does not apply additional usage-based conditions or exclusions for refund requests made within this 14-day window.
Refund handling follows Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms. If there is any conflict, Paddle's terms prevail.
3. Human-driven services
Our paid offering is self-serve digital access to analytics software. No human-driven, custom, or manually delivered services are included in paid plans.
4. How to request a refund
You can request a refund using the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting info@infloo.io. Please include your account email and transaction details.
