What you can do

Ask in plain words, as you would ask a colleague. The assistant works with your own infloo account: your plan, your limits, your lists.

  • Find creators

Search the catalogue by country, city, category, followers, engagement rate, posts and verification, and by audience: its country, gender and quality. Find an account by @username, link or name — one missing from the catalogue is looked up live — and get creators similar to it.

  • Read reports

A creator’s full report: followers, engagement rate, average likes, comments and views, the Infloo Score of audience quality, audience countries, cities, gender and age, contacts — and the history of their followers.

  • Keep lists and notes

Create lists, add creators to them or remove them, and save a note on a profile.

  • Request fresh data

Queue a new collection of a creator’s statistics and check when it is ready: it takes minutes.

  • Work with campaigns

On accounts with campaigns: see your campaigns, add creators to one and update a creator’s entry in it.

  • Export

Get a list of creators as CSV right in the chat, or as an XLSX file through a link that works for one hour.

  • Check your plan

See your plan and what is left of its limits.

It works with Instagram profiles, and with TikTok profiles where the catalogue has them. The connector also brings two ready-made prompts: “Find creators for a brief” and “Audit an influencer”.

How to connect

You sign in with your infloo account: the same e-mail and password, or Google sign-in, as on the website. Choose your app.

Claude

claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps

The quickest way: press “Add to Claude”. Claude opens its “Add custom connector” window with the name and the URL filled in; check them and press Add.

Add to Claude

By hand: in Claude, open Customize → Connectors, choose Add custom connector, enter the name Infloo and the URL https://app.infloo.io/mcp, and press Add.

Then:

  1. Press Connect, sign in to your infloo account in the window that opens and press Allow.
  2. In a chat, open + → Connectors and switch Infloo on. Ask in plain words.

A connector added on claude.ai works in Claude Desktop and the mobile apps too. Custom connectors can be added on every Claude plan; on Team and Enterprise, an organization owner may need to add it for the organization first. If Claude is set to another language, its menus read differently.

Claude Code

in the terminal

Add the server with this command:

claude mcp add --transport http infloo https://app.infloo.io/mcp
  1. In Claude Code, type /mcp, choose infloo and select Authenticate.
  2. Sign in to your infloo account in the browser window that opens and press Allow.

ChatGPT

as a custom app in developer mode
  1. Turn on developer mode in ChatGPT’s settings: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings.
  2. Create a custom app (connector): the name Infloo, the MCP server URL https://app.infloo.io/mcp and OAuth authentication. Confirm the warning and create it.
  3. Sign in to your infloo account and press Allow.
  4. In a chat, choose Infloo among the developer mode tools.

Menu names differ between ChatGPT accounts and plans. Developer mode is offered on some ChatGPT plans only, and in a Business or Enterprise workspace an admin may need to allow custom connectors. infloo is not in the ChatGPT app directory: add it as a custom app, as shown here.

Other MCP clients

Any app that connects to remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in can use the same URL, https://app.infloo.io/mcp. Add it as a remote server: the app finds the sign-in on its own.

Example prompts

Start with one of these and go on in your own words:

  • Find 20 beauty creators in Romania with 10–50k followers and an engagement rate above 3%.
  • Audit @username: audience quality, top countries and follower growth over the last year.
  • Compare the audiences of these two creators by country and gender.
  • Add the first ten to a new list “Spring launch” and export it to CSV.
  • How many profile views do I have left this month?

Plans and limits

The connector works on every infloo plan, the Free plan included. Each action counts against the same limits as in the web app: searches, profile views, advanced audience filters, data update requests and exports. Opening a profile you have already viewed in the period does not count again.

The Free plan’s limits are one-time: they do not renew.

Bulk actions, such as adding or exporting many profiles at once, come with the Pro and Premium plans, as in the web app.

Personal API keys, for Claude Code with a key, the Claude API and your own scripts, come with the Pro and Premium plans.

Every plan and its limits are on the pricing page.

Security and privacy

  • You sign in on infloo’s own page, with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE: the AI app never sees your password.
  • The consent screen names the app asking for access, such as claude.ai or chatgpt.com, and what it may do:
    • read: search creators, open their reports and see your plan’s usage;
    • write: make changes for you — lists, notes, campaigns and statistics updates;
    • stay connected without signing in again.
  • Access tokens last one hour and renew on their own; a connection you do not use lapses after 30 days.
  • Every app you have connected is on the Integrations page of your account, where you can disconnect it at any time: access ends at once. Changing your password disconnects every app.
  • Reading and changing data are separate tools, and Claude asks before running one that removes or overwrites something: removing a creator from a list, replacing a note or updating a creator in a campaign.
  • What we record about connector use: which tool was called, whether it worked, how long it took, which app and which account. We keep it for 90 days, for limits, support and abuse prevention. We do not receive or store your conversation.
  • The AI app receives the results of the tools it calls, such as creator data and your lists, and handles them under its own terms: Anthropic’s for Claude, OpenAI’s for ChatGPT.

Questions about the connector

What is the infloo connector for Claude and ChatGPT?

It is a remote MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps work with your infloo account from the chat: search the influencer catalogue, open creator reports, build lists, request fresh statistics, work with campaigns and export — with your plan and its limits, exactly as in the infloo web app. Its URL is https://app.infloo.io/mcp.

Do I need a paid plan to use the infloo connector?

No. The infloo connector works on every plan, the Free plan included, and each action counts against the same limits as in the infloo web app. Personal API keys, used for Claude Code with a key, the Claude API and scripts, come with the Pro and Premium plans.

Which apps can I use the infloo connector with?

Claude — claude.ai on the web, Claude Desktop, the Claude mobile apps and Claude Code — and ChatGPT, where you add it as a custom app in developer mode on the plans that offer developer mode. Other apps that connect to remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth can use the same URL, https://app.infloo.io/mcp.

Do I need an infloo account?

Yes. The connector works with your own infloo account: you sign in with the same e-mail and password, or Google sign-in, as on the infloo website, and press Allow on the consent screen. A free account is enough to start.

Can the AI app change my infloo data?

Only with the permission you grant on the consent screen, and only in your own account: lists, notes, campaigns and statistics updates. Reading and changing data are separate tools, and Claude asks before running one that removes or overwrites something, such as removing a creator from a list or replacing a note.

Does infloo see my conversations with Claude or ChatGPT?

No. infloo does not receive or store your conversation. It records which tool was called, whether it worked, how long it took, which app and which account, and keeps this for 90 days for limits, support and abuse prevention. The AI app receives the results of the tools it calls, such as creator data and your lists, and handles them under its own terms: Anthropic’s for Claude, OpenAI’s for ChatGPT.

How do I disconnect the infloo connector?

Open the Integrations page of your infloo account, https://app.infloo.io/integrations, and press Disconnect next to the app: its access ends at once. Changing your infloo password disconnects every connected app. A connection that is not used lapses on its own after 30 days.

What data does the infloo connector give?

The same data as the infloo web app: Instagram profiles, and TikTok profiles where the catalogue has them, with followers, engagement rate, average likes, comments and views, the Infloo Score of audience quality, audience countries, cities, gender and age, contacts and follower history. A request for fresh statistics takes minutes. How each metric is calculated is described in infloo’s methodology.
